As a local area expert with knowledge of the communities, my objective is to work diligently to assist you in meeting your real estate goals. In 1973, I graduated from Southern Colorado State University with a degree in geology and worked in the oil and mining industries until 1985, when I went into the real estate business. I have earned the elite CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation along with the GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute). Since 1985, I have been a full-time broker in the Denver Metro Area. Additionally, I have served as a Director, Vice President and President of Metro Brokers and also served as a Director, Vice President and President of the South Metro Denver Realtors Association. In September, 2008 I was nominated Realtor of the Year by the South Metro Denver Realtors Association. My experience, knowledge, attention to detail and follow-through are the cornerstones of my consistent repeat and referral business.
