First Home Buyer

It's been a little over a year since you walked us through the process of buying our first home.  As our one-year "anniversary" passed a little while ago, we were reminded again of how grateful we were (and are) for everything you did to get us into this beautiful home.  It was so great to know that we had someone we could trust completely even when things were uncertain (as the sellers missed the closing date).  You were a true gift from God.  We've done a lot since we moved in, including a brand new paint job outside, lots of new paint inside, a new 1/2 bath in the basement and oak hardwood flooring on the main level (our greatest do-it-yourself accomplishment ever!).

Enclosed is a small token of our gratitude for all that you are and all that you did for us.  One thing that we appreciated when we were buying our home was that you were always available when we needed you.  This gift, however, is given to you in hopes that you will turn off your pager (and all your cell phones) and take your wife out for a nice evening.  We're sure you could both use the break.

Thank you again for the great care and commitment you showed us.  We pray that God richly blesses you in this new year.

Your friends,

Wendy & Chris Piehl

...For a Job Well Done

Andy:

I just wanted to thank you so much for everything that you have done for my family.  You certainly went above and way beyond the call of duty in the sale of my mother's house.

You definitely were God-sent and I pray that He blesses you abundantly this year and many, many more.  Our move to Austin was a great experience and we are all settled and we both are still employed with Columbia Health Care.  Things really worked out well.  No words can express our gratitude for a job well-done.

God Bless!

You far exceeded all of our expectations!

Dear Andy:

I cannot thank you enough for handling the sale of both of our properties in Denver.  You far exceeded all of our expectations!

When I came to you, we knew we were in trouble, since a tenant had left our property in a real mess.  His damages, combined with years of deferred maintenance, had left our property unready for sale or rent.  Your willingness to seek out multiple bids, oversee various workmen, and bring together all of the projects that needed to be done really amazed us.  Your hours invested in the refurbishing of our property netted an extra $30,000 when the property sold (shortly after completion of the work)!

Naturally, we came back to you when we desired to sell our second property, and again, you handled the transaction with speed, courtesy, professionalism and great expertise.  We again got a quick sale at a price higher than we expected.

What more could we ask from a professional realtor?  You certainly earned your modest commission on our properties.  Please to not hesitate to give our names and contact information to any other prospective clients.  We look forward to having lunch with you the next time we travel through Denver!

Sincerely,

Gordon D. West

...You are a true professional!

Dear Andy:

We wanted to drop you a short note letting you know how much we appreciate the fine job you did in selling our home.  As we both know, you were up against some very formidable competition when we intiated the bid process in selecting which company was to represent us in the selling of our home.  Your past history of success, your sincerity and professional approach were the determining factors in selection of your company.

This, as you know, was only the first step in initiating the sale process.  We were facing some very tight time restrictions in the purchase of our new home in Orlando.  Needless to say, we did not want to get into a situation where we would be making two house payments.  You were up to the challenge and developed marketing strategies that realized our goal.  The rest of the scenario is now all history.  With your efforts, we were able to sell our home for full asking price and were able to meet our commitments on the purchase of our new home.

Thank you!  Thank you!  You are a true professional and we would recommend your services to everyone whom we know.

Sincerely,

Jan & Dick Quinlan

I would recommend him to anyone...

My wife and I recently made a life-changing decision to move back to Michigan to be closer to family.  This was a true step of faith that only if the Lord's hand were in this decision, would the pieces all fall together perfectly, and they did right from the start.

On Friday, the next day, I called Andy Ahroon and asked him if he would list our home.  He said he would stop by later that night and talk to us about our listing.  I had met Andy for the first time on a different occasion when he was helping someone get a bed they needed.  I was impressed with his heart for God that this act demonstrated to me.  He also was instrumental in selling a home for another acquaintance that we knew and he handled this very professionally.  I knew that I wanted someone that I could trust and that I knew would do a good job for us.  He is an impressive Real Estate Broker and he is a man of integrity.

Now that I have built him up, lets look at the facts.  The house was listed on Friday, August 27th and the sign put in the yard that night.  Andy walked through the house room-by-room and took pictures that were used in a sales flyer that was available to prosective buyers.  This was a flyer that surpassed all flyers I had ever seen.  Each day for the next nine days at least one family looked at the house.  On September 6th, we were contacted by Andy that he had an offer for our home.  We had gone to Tennessee the prior Friday and had left for Michigan on the morning of the 6th.  Andy kept calling the contact numbers that were left for him until he found us.  Now, we had a purpose for being in Michigan and that was to house-hunt!

For some Real Estate sales people, that would have ended their involvement until the day of closing.  Andy was ready to answer all my questions almost on a daily basis and was there when we closed.  His full-service business did not stop there, as they included loaning me a utility dolly for moving day and giving me over 6 hours of his busy time to help me load the trucks as we didn't have any family in Denver to help.

I am pleased to acknowledge the efforts of Andy Ahroon in the sale of our home and the unselfish giving of his personal time and the professional experience he demonstrated in our home sale.  Andy is a blessed man and I would recommend him to any one looking for a credible Real Estate Professional to handle the sale of their property.

 Sincerely,

 Donald B. Couzens

Your knowledge of the area certainly is a benefit...

Dear Andy:

Steve and I would like to thank you for all of your hard work both in selling the Jamaica Court house and just in helping us keep it up while it was on the market.  Your input, advertising, open houses, and encouragement all helped to get it sold.  We especially appreciate your taking care of the closing while we were on vacation.

Please feel free to use us for any references in the future.  Your knowledge of the area certainly is a benefit in helping your clients.

Thanks again!

Sincerely,

JoAnn & Steven Kay

I closed my 3rd real estate transaction with Andy...

I am writing this letter as a personal thanks and as a testimonial for your services.

On May 31, 1995 I closed on my 3rd real estate transaction with Andy Ahroon.  If you had asked me a few years ago why I would pick one agent over another I would have told you that it really doesn't matter.  Experience, however, has taught me that all does not go as smoothly as we would like in the real world and it is crucial to have someone who is truly looking out for your best interests in these stressful times.  Without exception, Andy has gone over and above the call of duty in making sure I was completely comfortable with my housing purchases.  Probably the best quality that I have found in Andy is that he doesn't tell you what he thinks you want to hear or doesn't try to gloss over items that could be potentially bothersome to you.  Even if it means not getting potential commission, he will look out for your best interests.  This is why I have referred Andy to my friends and will be committed to Andy for all my future transactions.  I would be more than glad to be used as a reference and can be contacted at (303) 794-2824.

Sincerely,

Mark A. Brier

You Made Me Feel Like I Was a Member of Your Family...

Dear Andy,

I am writing you this letter to let you know how much I appreciated your professional services when both buying and selling a house.  It's been almost two weeks since I moved into my new place and I can't tell you just how nice it feels to live in a brand new house.

I just wanted to say "thank you so much for taking such good care of me" with both deals.  When I purchased my first home over four years ago, the experience was very frustrating and it was something that I didn't want to go through again.  But with you, I found the experience to be very easy and straight-forward.  You took on most of the work yourself and negotiated both deals while looking out for my best interests.  You made me feel like I was a member of your family.  Also, tell Carter I said "thank you" for his assistance.  Putting in a ceiling fan is not an easy task, so I really appreciated the time that he took out of his schedule to come over to put it in.

Andy, thanks for everything!  I will definitely keep your business card on hand should I need your assistance in the future.  I will also refer family and friends who are in need of a "reputable and trustworthy" realtor to you.

Sincerely,

P. Flenoid
